Excel Finance Data Assistant Needed
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I manage a set of e-book projects that come with companion Excel sheets, and I need a reliable hand to keep the numbers in perfect order. Your main focus will be data entry and organization of financial information: feeding in raw figures, making sure each entry lands in the right place, and keeping everything neat and searchable.
Day-to-day work includes maintaining budget-tracking tabs, categorising expenses so they roll up cleanly for reports, and updating the forecasting section whenever new assumptions arrive. Accuracy is everything here—I rely on these sheets to shape the content of the books as well as my own business decisions.
You’ll work directly in Microsoft Excel, so comfort with formulas, basic data validation, and tidy formatting is essential. If you can occasionally throw in a quick SUMIF or pivot table to help me spot trends, even better.
Deliverables will be the updated workbooks returned on the agreed schedule, each one error-checked, properly formatted, and ready for me to drop straight into the latest e-book draft.
