Excel Billing Cost & Error Analysis
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I have a set of medical billing data that needs a thorough review in Excel. The goal is two-fold: first, break down costs so I can see where money is going across procedures, providers, and time periods; second, spot any coding or charge errors that may be inflating our totals.
You will receive the raw spreadsheets along with a brief data dictionary. Using formulas, pivot tables, Power Query or similar Excel tools, please deliver:
• A cleaned, structured version of the dataset
• Cost analysis sheets summarising totals by service line, provider, and month, with clear visuals (charts or dashboards) for quick insight
• An error-detection report listing duplicate claims, out-of-range charges, and mismatched CPT/ICD codes, each flagged with the rule that triggered it
I’ll count the job complete when the reports open without broken links, every flagged error is traceable back to the raw row, and the cost summaries reconcile to the original totals.
