A real estate syndicator is approaching me to invest with them. I am looking for a US licensed accountant who is experience in Due Diligence Audit. You will contact the syndicator directly get all the data, analyze it, do full due diligence audit then submit report to me, regarding their past 10 years of accounting, real estate purchases, cost of operation, gross and net profit etc., ROI to investors, quarter by quarter and more. Report is deliverable within 2 weeks after you get the data from the syndicator. What is your qualification?
