Am seeking an experienced professional to create a development feasibility report, comprehensive due diligence report and investor presentation for a Special Disability Accommodation project. The goal is to present this to potential investors to secure financing for the construction phase.
My company LBS Estate Holdings has 2 directors and Share Holders and is wanting to gain finance to construct 2 x 3 bedroom Special Disability Accommodation townhouses in Benalla Victoria Australia that are to the National insurance Scheme Standards.
The company needs approximately $1.2 million Australian dollars and in order to achieve this a development feasibility assessment report, comprehensive due diligence report and investor presentation needs to be created.
