Desktop Accountant Opinion Letter

I need a qualified accountant to perform a brief desktop review of Art Parquet Ltd.’s figures and issue a concise opinion letter for family-court use in an ongoing divorce. The single purpose is the evaluation of net shareholder value once all liabilities are taken into account.
What you will receive from me
I will forward the latest balance sheet together with supporting schedules of accounts and liabilities (no on-site work or audit—purely a document review).
Your task
• Analyse the supplied statements and schedules.
• Draft a 1–2 page, signed PDF opinion letter that answers, in clear language a judge can follow, whether any net value remains for the shareholder after liabilities.
• Include a short scope disclaimer noting that this is a desktop review only and list any material assumptions.
• Display your professional credentials (e.g., CPA, ACCA) on the letterhead.
Acceptance criteria
The letter must give an explicit yes/no conclusion on residual shareholder value, reference the documents reviewed, and be suitable for filing in family court.
