I have a C-Corp in Illinois with a single employee owner paid through a PEO.
I’m ready to have this year’s corporate taxes prepared and electronically filed. The company is structured as a corporation, so I need someone who can handle Form 1120 (and the related state return) from start to finish. My main requirement is accurate, compliant filing; although I’m focused on the return itself, I’m open to any efficiency tips you notice along the way.
You’ll be working with organized financials exported from QuickBooks and bank statements already reconciled. Once you review the records, I’ll expect a draft return for my approval, followed by final e-filing and a complete copy of all submitted forms for our files.
