Construction & Real Estate QuickBooks Bookkeeper
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I manage a portfolio of construction and real-estate clients and need a seasoned QuickBooks professional to keep their books clean and their numbers ready for decision-making. Your focus will be day-to-day bookkeeping and full financial reporting, not payroll or invoicing.
Each month you will:
• Categorize all transactions against a construction-friendly chart of accounts
• Reconcile every bank, credit-card, and loan register so no item is left unreconciled
• Produce and deliver three core statements—Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash-Flow—along with any supporting schedules they rely on
Accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery are critical because the reports go straight to lenders and project partners. If you already navigate retention, draws, or job-cost allocations inside QuickBooks, that’s a plus and you’ll feel right at home here.
I’ll grant you secure, cloud access to each client file and be available for quick clarifications, but I expect you to drive the monthly close independently. Let me know how soon you can start and how you prefer to structure the hand-off of reconciled files.
