Historical data for the last fiscal year is already captured in Tally, and I now require a full set of analytical reports built from that source. The scope covers profit-and-loss analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow analysis, and a final balance-sheet review.
Please extract the raw data from Tally (I can provide backups or exported CSVs), cleanse it as needed, then deliver clear, decision-ready insights. A concise written commentary should accompany each report, highlighting key trends, variances, and any red flags you spot.
Deliverables
• P&L statement with variance commentary
• Twelve-month rolling budget vs. forecast dashboard
• Monthly cash-flow statement with liquidity ratios
• Year-end balance sheet with ratio analysis and observations
Acceptance criteria
1. Figures reconcile with Tally totals to within 0.5 % tolerance.
2. All reports provided in both native Excel and PDF.
3. Commentary is written in plain, actionable language (no jargon).
