We are starting a personalized/custom branding business under our existing company and need a comprehensive Detailed Project Report (DPR) for bank submission, funding, and internal planning.
The DPR must be prepared from scratch (as we don’t have costings ready) and should cover the following:
Scope of Work for DPR
Business Overview & Concept
Executive summary of the business (customized branding solutions, device skins, stickers, frames, and accessories).
Industry overview, current trends, and growth potential in India.
SWOT analysis.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Target market segmentation (students, professionals, corporates, startups, gifting).
Competitor benchmarking (pricing, product range, quality, customization options).
Market gap identification and positioning strategy.
Technical & Operational Details
List of machines and equipment required, including:
Eco-solvent printer (small and compact)
Print cutter
Epson 8180 printer
Lamination unit and other small equipment
Raw materials required (vinyl sheets, laminates, textured papers, magnetic sheets, etc.).
Production workflow, manpower requirements, and process flow chart.
Infrastructure
Use of existing commercial space (no additional rent).
Initial setup layout and utilities.
Manpower & Employment Generation
Direct employment: 4 staff members within the first month.
Indirect employment: approx. 10 people.
Future employment opportunities as business scales.
Financials & Projections
Estimated project cost (capital expenditure + working capital).
Sales and revenue forecast for 3 years.
Break-even analysis.
Profit & Loss account projections.
Cash flow statement.
Balance sheet forecast.
Loan requirements and repayment plan (3–5 years).
Sensitivity analysis (best case, worst case).
Implementation Plan & Timeline
Phased rollout (equipment setup, hiring, product launch, sales expansion).
