Project Overview
I am looking for a finance expert or investment banking analyst to create a comprehensive, high-quality PowerPoint presentation (15-20 slides) analyzing the multi-stage merger and acquisition deal involving Daichi Sankyo, Ranbaxy, and Sun Pharma (2008 and 2014).
This is an academic project for an Executive MBA course. The final output must be professional, data-driven, and visually engaging.
Key Deliverables
• Slide Count: 15–20 slides.
• Content: Detailed analysis covering two phases: Daichi Sankyo's 2008 acquisition of Ranbaxy and Sun Pharma's 2014 acquisition of Ranbaxy.

Requirements for the Freelancer
• Strong background in Corporate Finance, M&A, or Investment Banking.
• Expertise in creating professional PPTs with infographics and charts.
• Ability to source and cite official financial documents (SEC filings, RERA, Annual Reports).
• Strict Deadline: The project must be completed by December 26th (to allow for a review before the final submission on the 27th).
