Compile Audit-Ready Financial Package

I have to provide our external auditor with a clean, self-contained financial package extracted from Buildium. I need this completed for four different properties. Each project will likely take 15-20 hours. We are looking about 80 hours total in work. All source data is already in the system; what I need is an organized hand off;

• Run and export the current Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and accompanying invoices directly from Buildium for a period of years.
• Gather invoices and statements and merge them logically behind each report.
• Combine everything into one bookmarked PDF so the auditor can navigate quickly and verify each figure. No Excel or Word delivery is required unless you need them as an intermediate step.

Accuracy is critical, figures must tie back to Buildium without manual edits. I will supply platform access and dates the auditor expects. Once the PDF is compiled, send it back for a quick cross-check; if totals agree with the system reports, we are done.

If you work comfortably inside Buildium and know basic accounting principles, this should be a fast, straightforward task. Buildium is an easy software to work with so if you have any exp with accounting software you should be likely good to go here.
