Cloud Kitchen QuickBooks Bookkeeper Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for a reliable bookkeeper to help manage the finances of our cloud kitchen business using QuickBooks Online.
Responsibilities:
Record and categorize all transactions
Maintain and update QuickBooks Online
Perform weekly bank and payment gateway reconciliations
Track food costs and inventory purchases
Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts
Monitor expenses and profitability
Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement)
Requirements:
Experience with QuickBooks Online
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Experience with restaurants, cloud kitchens, or retail businesses is a plus
Our business has fewer than 100 transactions per week. We are looking for someone who can keep our books accurate, organized, and up to date on an ongoing basis.
