Chartered Accountant for Company Compliance
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a qualified Chartered Accountant who can take full ownership of my private limited company’s financial and statutory responsibilities. The scope covers three main pillars of work:
1. Company financials & tax
• Prepare and finalise annual financial statements in line with Indian Accounting Standards.
• Handle corporate income-tax computation and e-filing, ensuring all admissible deductions are captured.
• Conduct (and document) periodic compliance audits so that any gaps are discovered before they become notices.
2. GST lifecycle
• Complete GST registration for new business activities if required.
• File monthly or quarterly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and any relevant annexures) on time.
• Reconcile purchase-side data with GSTR-2B to minimise ITC leakages and flag mismatches for quick resolution.
3. Ongoing statutory compliance
• Manage every ROC filing—from annual returns (Form MGT-7) to financial statements (Form AOC-4) and event-based forms.
• Draft and maintain mandatory board-meeting agendas, notices, minutes, and registers.
• Prepare any additional regulatory reports that MCA, GST, or Income-Tax departments may demand during the year.
Preferred tools include Tally, Excel, MCA portal, and the GSTN portal; if you work with alternative software, let me know. Deliverables must be fully compliant, submitted before statutory deadlines, and accompanied by soft copies of all workings for my records.
If you have a track record of end-to-end support for Indian private limited companies, I’m ready to collaborate and keep the books—and the authorities—happy.
