Capsim Simulation Assistance

I am currently running a Capsim business simulation and need an experienced hand to help me steer the company toward stronger results. Your role will be to walk me through the data each round, suggest sound decisions in R&D, marketing, production, finance and HR, and explain the reasoning so I can learn the underlying strategy rather than just copy numbers.
If you have a track record of boosting overall scores—balanced scorecard, ROE, cumulative profit, or net present value—your insight will be invaluable. I’m especially interested in practical forecasting techniques, competitive analysis of the other teams, and clear summaries I can present to my instructor and teammates.
Deliverables I expect:
• A brief call or chat at the start of each round to align on goals
• A spreadsheet or slide deck outlining recommended decisions and expected outcomes
• End-of-simulation debrief identifying key drivers of performance and lessons learned
