California CPA Rent Ledger Certification
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a California-licensed CPA to go create me a rent-collection ledger for the last years of a tenant payments and reconcile only the income transactions
. Once those items are verified, I’ll require a signed certification letter on your letterhead confirming the accuracy of the income side of the ledger for the annual period.
You’ll receive the raw ledger in Excel; if you prefer another format, just let me know. Please annotate each corrected line so I can follow the adjustments easily, then return both the updated file and the certification letter as PDF.
Deliverables:
• Updated ledger showing reconciled income transactions
• Formal certification letter referencing
the 5 year period covered two tenants , need date rent received , amount allocation , bank statements are only 2 pages , all deposit listed on 1st page all information redacted. Need totals and sub totals, rent due and date due , assessed late fees listed....
Property-management or accounting software experience (e.g., QuickBooks, AppFolio, Buildium) is helpful but not mandatory as long as the final documents meet California licensing standards. Turnaround within one week of file hand-off would be ideal, though I can be flexible for quality work.
