Buy-Side Market Research Analyst

Job ID: 40433105

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I am assembling a buy-side view for several family offices and need an economic analyst who can translate raw data into clear, forward-looking insights. Your core task will be market-research-driven trend analysis within the finance and private-equity space, zeroing in on structures and opportunities most relevant to multi-generational wealth managers.

Scope
The research must compare North America, Europe, and Asia—highlighting the safest, most resilient economies in each region—and explain how macro conditions, regulatory shifts, and capital-flow patterns affect private-equity deal flow. I will rely on your work to fine-tune allocation strategy, so depth and precision are critical.

Also, need economic analyst who also identifies, and analyzes globally economies, industries and markets and business valuation, and market trends.

Otherwise, need an expert with resources encompassing researching sites and to farm classifieds to locate and compile lists of available distressed businesses, seller's looking to retire or exit businesses for sale with focus on finding or high yield assets for negotiations or sale under terms.

Key deliverables
• A concise executive summary (2–3 pages) summarizing the most actionable insights for best global economies (most profitable and safest), and primary markets (most profitable and safest), and industries.
• A comprehensive report detailing data sources, methodology, regional comparisons, and future trend projections and available sales.
• Supporting Excel or Google Sheets models that allow me to manipulate core assumptions.
• A slide deck (10–12 slides) of best or safest economies, and primary markets & industries to present directly to investment committee members.

Acceptance criteria
The report must cite all data sources, include year-over-year trend charts, and clearly flag any assumptions. Forecasts should extend three to five years and be stress-tested against multiple macro scenarios.

If you have a track record producing nuanced market research for buy-side teams or family offices, I would like to see a brief sample of your previous work or a redacted report outline.
