Business/Financial Analyst Needed in Japan

Part-time BUSINESS / FINANCIAL ANALYST - Japan
Job Summary
The Business / Financial Analyst will assume responsibilities and work as a liaison with Optimum’s clients helping them implement and manage our Business Management system. The responsibility will span across Japan and will require interaction with customers and their dealers. The job may require on-site work at customer locations. The person must be willing to work 20 hours per week part-time and be located in Japan
The Business / Financial Analyst will work closely with our customers and dealers to help them effectively use Optimum’s Business Management system. This will include providing guidance on various tools and features of the system, generating analytical reports, analyzing dealer performance, etc.
Job Duties:
Work closely with Optimum’s Business Management customers (OEM users and dealers) to help them effectively utilize the system.
Provide consistent training and guidance on various application features & tools
Review the quality and consistency of financial statements received from dealerships.
Provide periodic online trainings to dealers and other users of the system.
Support customers in development of ad-hoc performance and financial reports.
Develop help documentation, client communication and internal documentation.
Other Functions:
Coordinate with the engineering team on any new system functionality
Test new features and reports before deployment on the system.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting or similar disciplines.
2-5 years of Financial Analyst experience
Automotive industry experience will be beneficial
Must be proficient in MS Office tools like MS Excel and MS Project.
Must be proficient in local native Japanese language and English
