Build Airport Dividend Discount Model
Budget: $14 – $30 NZD
I have the historical dividend payments and full financial statements for a publicly traded airport operator and want a clean, defensible Dividend Discount Model that produces an equity value I can present to management. The work should include thoughtful dividend growth assumptions tied to traffic trends, capital-expenditure cycles, and regulated return frameworks common to airports, as well as a discount rate grounded in CAPM. Feel free to weave in any independent analyst forecasts you already subscribe to, but the backbone of the model must rely on the data I provide.
I would like the final file in Excel (or Google Sheets if you prefer), clearly separated into inputs, calculations, and output tabs so I can update figures myself later. Please round things off with a brief written summary that explains key assumptions, the resulting fair value per share, and a short sensitivity table showing how changes in the discount rate and long-term growth shift the valuation.
