QuickBooks Cleanup & Management Reporting Specialist
We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Online specialist to assist with reviewing, cleaning up and restructuring our financial reporting.
We operate two consulting businesses and require improved visibility of revenue streams, profitability and management reporting.
Key deliverables include:
Review and optimise the Chart of Accounts.
Review historical transaction coding.
Separate revenue streams and establish meaningful reporting categories.
Set up Classes and/or Locations within QuickBooks.
Review direct and indirect cost allocations.
Improve Profit & Loss reporting.
Develop management reporting dashboards and recommendations.
Provide guidance on ongoing financial reporting processes.
Essential Requirements:
Advanced QuickBooks Online experience.
Experience undertaking QuickBooks cleanup projects.
Strong bookkeeping and management reporting skills.
Experience working with professional services businesses.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Preferred:
CPA or CA qualification.
Management accounting experience.
Experience supporting consulting or professional services firms.
