## Project Overview
I am looking for an experienced researcher or investigator based in (or familiar with) the United States collection systems to help me identify any outstanding financial obligations that may still exist under my name from the period when I lived and studied in the USA.
I will provide:
* My full legal name
* Previous addresses
* Cities and states where I lived
* Apartment names (where available)
* Approximate dates of residence
* Any additional information that may assist the research
## Scope of Work
The objective is to identify **all legitimate outstanding balances or financial obligations** that may still exist, including but not limited to:
* Apartment or property management balances
* Utility bills
* Internet or mobile service providers
* Collection agencies
* Medical bills
* Parking or traffic-related obligations (if discoverable through lawful means)
* Vehicle-related claims or unpaid obligations
* Insurance-related balances
* Any other unpaid accounts associated with my previous residences or activities in the United States
If any balance has been transferred to a collection agency, I need the freelancer to identify:
* Original creditor
* Current collection agency
* Reference/account number (where lawfully obtainable)
* Outstanding balance (if available)
* Contact details
* Current status
## Deliverables
A professional report (Excel or PDF) containing:
* Creditor/Organization Name
* Type of obligation
* Amount due (if available)
* Account status
* Collection agency (if applicable)
* Contact information
* Supporting evidence or source of the information
* Recommended next steps for resolving each item
## Important Requirements
* All research must be conducted legally and ethically.
* Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any private accounts or protected information.
* Use only lawful methods, publicly available information, authorized inquiries, and information I provide.
* Confidentiality is essential. All information shared during the project must remain strictly confidential.
