I need an experienced accounting professional who is physically located in the United States to step in and keep my finance records clean, current, and GAAP-compliant. The work centers on day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly closes, and preparing statements I can hand straight to my tax advisor without extra edits.
You will log into my existing QuickBooks Online file (and the occasional Excel workbook) to reconcile bank and credit-card accounts, categorize transactions, verify payroll entries, and flag anything that looks off. Clear communication is essential because I rely on timely numbers to guide investment decisions. We will start with a short review of the current chart of accounts, agree on a workflow, then move into ongoing maintenance with an eye toward efficiency and accuracy.
Only proposals from U.S.-based freelancers will be considered; I may ask for a quick Zoom introduction to confirm location and fit before awarding the project.
