My business needs a clean, year-end Balance Sheet and Income Statement. All source records—sales summaries, expense invoices, and bank statements—are currently saved only as PDF files, so you will be working directly from those PDFs.
Scope
• Extract the figures from each PDF and organise them in a workbook.
• Compile an accurate Balance Sheet and Income Statement that follow standard GAAP presentation.
No ratio analysis or extra schedules are required; I only need the two core statements, delivered back to me in both Excel (for future editing) and PDF (for official use). Accuracy, clear labelling of every line item, and a short turnaround are the key success factors.
