Backlog Bookkeeping & BAS Preparation

Our company and personal books for FY21 – FY25 are sitting in QuickBooks Online but every transaction is still uncategorised. I will give you a clear category list—please follow it exactly. The job is to import or tidy up the data already in QBO, allocate every transaction, reconcile each bank and card account to statement balances, then generate and lodge-ready annual returns plus BAS for all five years.

Key points you should know
• Platform: QuickBooks Online (no other systems involved)
• Scope: company AND personal accounts, FY21, FY22, FY23, FY24, FY25
• Data status: raw feed only; nothing has been coded or matched yet
• Categories: list supplied; use mine, not generic ones

Deliverables that will let me sign off
1. All transactions classified to the correct category list provided.
2. Every account in QBO reconciled to a zero-difference balance for each month.
3. Draft annual financial statements and income-tax returns for the five years.
4. Completed BAS for each relevant quarter, ready for lodgement.
