Automated Trading Signal Logic in Python

I need a Python expert to build logic for an automated Excel sheet that generates Buy/Sell signals for F&O stocks using Yahoo Finance data. This project is for personal use and needs to be completed ASAP.

Key requirements:
- Signals based on:
- 9/18 EMA crossover
- RSI above/below 48
- Supertrend & PSAR position
- Timeframes: 5m, 15m, 1H, 4H, 1D (via dropdown)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with Yahoo Finance API
- Strong understanding of trading indicators and Excel automation
- Experience in developing financial tools or trading algorithms
