Arabic Balance Sheet for Loan

I am preparing a loan application and need a complete, professionally-formatted balance sheet presented in Arabic. Because nothing currently exists, you will be building it from the ground up.

Scope of work
• Structure the sheet to show Assets, Liabilities, Equity and Retained Earnings in clear, side-by-side format.
• Add an accompanying Cash Flow Statement that ties back to the balance-sheet figures.
• Ensure the final totals reconcile precisely (Assets = Liabilities + Equity).
• Use standard accounting terminology in Arabic; numerical figures will be supplied once the template is approved.

Deliverables
1. Editable Excel (.xlsx) file in Arabic.
2. PDF version suitable for immediate submission with my loan documents.

Acceptance criteria
– Headings, sub-totals and year/period columns appear in Arabic.
– All formulas work; no hard-coded totals.
– Cash flow sections (operating, investing, financing) link correctly to equity and cash accounts on the balance sheet.
– Ready for print on A4 without layout issues.
