Annual IT Business Financial Reporting
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My small company needs its books brought fully up to date so I can hand clean, audit-ready figures to my tax CPA each year. All source data—bank feeds, credit-card statements, Stripe/PayPal exports and payroll reports—are available; they only need to be reconciled and coded correctly.
Once the ledger is tidy I need three formal, GAAP-style year-end reports:
• Balance Sheet
• Profit & Loss Statement
• Cash Flow Statement
I’m not tied to a platform. If you’re most efficient in QuickBooks Online, Xero, FreshBooks or another cloud tool, let me know and I’ll grant access or migrate the data you need. Just outline the workflow you prefer and any checklist of source documents you require before starting.
Acceptance criteria
– All transactions for the fiscal year reconciled to bank/credit-card statements with zero unreconciled items.
– Final Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash-Flow Statement delivered in both PDF and the native software format.
– A brief summary note explaining year-over-year performance shifts or any anomalies you uncovered while cleaning the books.
Timing: one complete annual cycle only; we’ll review together and, if all goes well, discuss an ongoing monthly engagement next year.
