M&A Analysis & Executive Support
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need a sharp, finance-savvy partner who can move seamlessly between M&A analysis, day-to-day corporate development projects, and high-level executive assistance.
Your core mission is to let me focus on strategy while you handle the heavy lifting behind the scenes—turning raw information into clear insights, keeping projects on schedule, and making sure key meetings and follow-ups happen without a hitch.
What I’d like you to own
• M&A and corporate development analysis: pull data from public filings, industry reports, and proprietary sources; build concise Excel models; and draft slides in PowerPoint that tell a crisp story for the board.
• Project management: translate strategic initiatives into detailed task plans, track progress in Asana or Monday.com, flag risks early, and keep resources aligned.
• Executive assistance: coordinate calendars across multiple time zones, prepare agendas and minutes, manage high-volume email threads, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Success looks like
• Decision-ready memos with clear recommendations and supporting numbers.
• A living project dashboard that shows status, blockers, and next steps at a glance.
• Meetings that start on time with every stakeholder briefed and follow-ups documented within 24 hours.
Ideal background
You have a track record in investment banking, consulting, or a corporate M&A team, are fluent in Excel financial modeling, comfortable with project-tracking tools, and can communicate professionally in polished English—both written and verbal.
If you can jump in quickly and start adding value from day one, I’m ready to move fast.
