Accrual & Property Tax Review
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have already put together preliminary numbers for this year’s Property & Casualty insurance accrual and drafted a first-pass forecast of next year’s property tax. Before I lock anything into the books, I’d like a qualified accountant or CPA to give both areas a quick but thorough review.
For the insurance accrual, you will be looking over my existing calculations rather than starting from scratch. I will share the supporting invoices, receipts, and the policy details so you can confirm that the timing and amounts have been captured correctly and that the resulting year-end accrual aligns with GAAP.
On the property-tax side, the model is built, but I want your expertise specifically on incorporating anticipated tax-rate changes. Your job is to sanity-check the underlying assumptions, flag any missing considerations, and confirm the final projected figure.
Once you’re done, I’ll need a concise memo summarizing the adjustments you recommend (if any), the reasoning behind them, and updated figures ready for our close package.
