I have eight Excel-based financial tables and their accompanying text already drafted, and I need a credentialed U.S. accountant to give them a rigorous once-over. Everything was built in plain Excel—no QuickBooks or Sage files—so you’ll be working directly inside the workbooks I provide.
Your primary focus will be to confirm data accuracy, validate every calculation, and ensure the numbers tie together consistently from sheet to sheet. While doing that, please refine the layout wherever a clearer, more professional presentation will help. I can supply a summary sheet that maps out each item, its raw page counts, and the intended flow; beyond that I only have a general idea of formatting, so you can apply best practices you’re comfortable with.
The work is estimated at roughly six hours. I’m flexible on timing and can jump on Zoom—audio and screen-share are a must—whenever it suits your schedule so we can tackle questions in real time and speed things along.
