ACCA or ICAEW Chartered Accountant – Revenue Share Opportunity
We are a UK-based accountancy services firm seeking a fully ACCA or ICAEW Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years’ Practical Experience Requirement (PER) to join our growing practice. This opportunity is open to candidates based in the UK or overseas.
Our firm supports a diverse portfolio of SMEs, startups, and individual clients across the UK. We offer a flexible, client-based 50/50 revenue-sharing arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review statutory accounts in compliance with UK GAAP
Manage Self Assessment tax returns and prepare annual accounts
Liaise directly with clients, providing clear and professional financial guidance
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure AML compliance
Note: Bookkeeping, payroll, and VAT work are not required for this role.
Requirements:
Fully ACCA or ICAEW Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years’ experience in an accountancy practice
Must hold a valid UK practising licence and be willing to share it for verification
Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and accounting standards
Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
Engagement Terms: This is a revenue-sharing role (50/50 per client). Successful candidates will be required to sign a contract under our UK-based accountancy services company.
