Urgent accounting cleanup in XERO (2025)
Budget: $10 – $20 USD
I need a qualified set of eyes—preferably a CPA who also holds an official Xero certification—to tidy up the lingering issues my previous bookkeeper left in the 2025 file. You will receive full access to the Xero ledger along with a concise PDF that outlines every correction required, from expense categorisation to invoice touch-ups and final bank reconciliations.
The clean up should be easy and small. Please ask FOR PDF FILE.
The scope is limited: this is a one-off clean-up, not a year-end rebuild, and with the PDF roadmap the work should fit comfortably inside a two-day window. I use Claude AI to double-check the numbers internally, so accuracy matters more than volume.
If you hit the deadline and tick every box in the PDF, I’d like to retain you on a rolling basis to handle monthly bookkeeping through 2026 and beyond—roughly one to two days of work each month, billed monthly.
Deliverable (due in 48 hours from kickoff)
• 2025 Xero file fully reconciled and matching the PDF checklist; no uncoded transactions, misapplied tax codes, or unreconciled balances.
