Senior SAP Support Analyst (Work Support Role)
Experience: 10+ years in SAP ERP support and configuration, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and FICO modules.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior SAP Support Analyst to provide advanced functional and technical support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environments. The role involves daily issue resolution, configuration management, user access control, testing, and managing upgrades. The analyst will also support business processes across Financial Accounting & Controlling (FICO), Sales, Procure-to-Pay, and Projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP S/4HANA users and business process owners.
Handle end-user requests related to purchase requisitions, purchase orders, AP/AR invoices, sales orders, and general ledger entries.
Manage SAP master data changes and configuration updates based on business requirements.
Conduct testing for system changes, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure business continuity.
Prioritize and manage SAP enhancement requests and issue resolutions effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless system performance.
Communicate updates on projects, enhancements, and process improvements across business teams.
Key Skills
Strong expertise in SAP FICO, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Treasury Management processes.
Proficiency in SAP Configuration (company codes, bank accounts, financial structures, roles, and security).
Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA Public Cloud extensibility.
Solid understanding of SAP Master Data Management (GL, Business Partner, Supplier, Customer, Projects).
Experience coordinating with SAP and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
