Monthly Activity:

- 1 customer payment or invoice
- 1 payroll entry per month
- Occasional business expense
Responsibilities:
- Enter and categorize transactions accurately
- Keep QuickBooks organized and up to date
- Reconcile bank / credit card when needed
- Maintain clean records for year-end accountant
- Notify us if receipts or documents are missing
- Suggest simple improvements if needed
Requirements:
