S4HANA FICO Implementation Support

I am rolling out SAP S/4HANA and need an expert who can take both the Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) areas from blueprint to go-live.

On the FI side, the priorities are:
• a clean General Ledger structure with real-time reporting,
• touch-free Accounts Payable and Receivable cycles tightly integrated with banking interfaces, and
• a compliant Asset Accounting setup that covers capitalization, depreciation runs, and parallel valuation.

For CO, we will be focusing on:
• Cost Center Accounting with clear cost allocations and assessment cycles, and
• Internal Orders that feed actuals back to FI without reconciliation issues.

You will configure the system, document every step, create test scripts, and guide key users so the team can own the solution after hand-over. Experience with S/4HANA 2022 (or higher), SAP Fiori apps for finance, and best-practice activation is essential. If you have previously led similar GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, and cost center projects, I’d love to see your approach and timeline.
