CPA Xero Bookkeeping for HK Entities

I manage several Dutch clients who each hold a Hong Kong-registered company, and I’m looking for a CPA to handle their ongoing bookkeeping in Xero. The Xero ledgers are already fully set up and there is no historical data to migrate, so your focus is purely on keeping the books clean and up to date. We also need the audit to be done by a CPA in Hongkong as well as the tax-filings.

What I need from you each month is straightforward: reconcile every bank, PayPal, or card feed, attach the supporting documents that the costumer provide, and flag anything that requires my input. Because the entities are based in Hong Kong, you should already be comfortable with HK reporting requirements. The volume can be high, but the complexity of the transactions is light and predictable. The budget is 10 - 25 euro per client per month

You must be a qualified CPA and experienced with Xero—those two points are non-negotiable. If you can commit to accurate, timely monthly reconciliations and communicate clearly when questions arise, let’s work together.
