I'm looking for an experienced individual or team to plan the capacity of people over a short-term timeframe, with accurate numbers.
The project is quite specific and requires precise attention to detail, as well as strong organizational skills to effectively plan capacity needs. Your thorough research and analysis must take into account varying variables that may affect capacity planning, such as project objectives, resources, timelines and budget. The plan should also include legal, safety, resource and financial considerations.
You should be able to clearly present the plan in a format that can easily be shared and understood, and must be able to monitor and adjust your plan to changing needs and expectations. Furthermore, you should be able to easily answer any questions the client might have in regards to the plan.
