financial due diligence

I'm looking for an experienced financial analyst to conduct a financial due diligence of a small company or investment opportunity. This will involve conducting a detailed cash flow analysis and risk assessment to ensure soundness of the opportunity. This project requires an experienced financial analyst familiar with both formal and non-formal aspects of the financial due diligence process, such as equity evaluation, cash flow analysis, profitability calculations and risk assessment. The end goal is to provide a comprehensive report that contains recommendations based on the financial due diligence findings. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to explain their findings in a clear and concise manner. Skill in financial modeling and spreadsheet analysis is a must.
