Please read through the attached documents for an investment that we made and create a one-page waterfall and ROI summary (no more than 20 lines). Assume our investment is $1M. Clearly show year-over-year ROI and the waterfall of returns for each investor group: TriArtisan and our $1M investment. Make any other assumptions you need to make. And again, make it simple and easy to read.
