Turnaround Consultant / Financial Analysis / CFO
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I have a situation I need help with. It is a combination of three bullet points:
• Sales are growing but we never have enough cash available.
• Our accounting staff is unable to tell you why profitability has changed.
• Company is consistently profitable, but we continue to run out of cash.
The company is not debt challenged, but we are burning through almost all available cash, and I can’t find profits or replacement cash to keep going forward successfully without a change.
NOTE: “Must” have experience with this type of project
