Small Business Loan DPR
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a thorough, bank-ready Detailed Project Report that will help my small business secure a loan. The document has to read professionally from cover to back, tell a convincing growth story, and present numbers lenders can trust.
Scope
• Executive summary – a crisp overview that instantly communicates our value proposition, market positioning and funding need.
• Financial projections – three to five-year profit & loss, cash-flow and balance-sheet forecasts with clear assumptions, working-capital calculations and key ratios. Please build the spreadsheets so inputs can be tweaked easily.
• Risk analysis – identify operational, market and financial risks, rate their likelihood/impact, and outline mitigation strategies lenders will view as credible.
Acceptance
I will consider the job complete when the report:
1. Follows the common DPR structure used by Indian banks/NBFCs.
2. Arrives in an editable MS Word file plus linked Excel models.
3. Passes an internal review with my accountant without major revisions.
If you have already prepared successful DPRs for loan sanction, especially for small enterprises, let me see a redacted sample so I can gauge fit. Looking forward to collaborating.
