Recruitment & Finance ERP Development
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I need a developer who can build a compact ERP system tailored to a recruitment-focused operation that also handles day-to-day finance. Core recruitment functions—applicant tracking, structured onboarding, and multi-channel job posting—must sit seamlessly beside standard finance workflows such as invoicing, expense logging, and basic reporting.
The flow I envision is simple: candidates are sourced, tracked through each hiring stage, converted to employees once onboarded, and their payroll and billing data feed directly into the finance area without manual re-entry. A clean, browser-based interface is preferred so my team can work from any location.
Deliverables
• A working web ERP with the three recruitment features running end-to-end
• Integrated finance section supporting ledger, invoicing, and expense capture
• Role-based access control and audit trail
• Source code and brief setup/documentation so we can maintain it in-house
I’m open to the underlying stack so long as it is well-documented, actively supported, and can scale with additional modules later. If you have built something similar before, especially for agencies, that will help us move faster.
