Recruiter Needed - Day Traders for Karachi Trading Floor
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for a skilled recruiter to help me fill 10 positions for a startup Trading floor in Karachi, Pakistan. Please pay attention to the details below:
- Qualifications & Experience: The ideal candidates should have experience in day trading, a strong knowledge of stock markets and familiarity with technical analysis. While prior day trading experience is preferred, it's not mandatory as we provide training. We welcome both male and female candidates.
- Compensation: The monthly budget for each Day Trader position is a base 10,000 PKR (for the training period only) and 30% Commission once gone live. Expected renumeration is over 150,000PKR/month.
- Work Location: The recruited Day Traders are expected to work on-site at the Trading floor in Karachi.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in recruiting for day trading or financial positions.
- Strong knowledge of stock markets and technical analysis to identify suitable candidates.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet recruiting targets.
