Real Estate Finance & Investment Instructor

I'm looking for a skilled instructor to teach me various topics within real estate finance and investments; specifically, real estate financial modeling, investment ratios and calculation methods, 3 statement model, and valuation. Some prior knowledge in these areas exists, but a more detailed understanding is desirable.
