QuickBooks Online Expense Cleanup

My QuickBooks Online file needs a focused clean-up on the expense and purchase side. Hundreds of vendor transactions are sitting uncategorised or mis-classified, so financial reports are off and it’s slowing down month-end close.
The scope is straightforward: go through every expense and purchase transaction, confirm the correct vendor, category and tax code, attach any matching receipt that is already in the system, and flag anything that is unclear. I will give you full accountant-level access along with a short reference sheet of preferred chart-of-account mappings.
Once the clean-up is complete, I expect the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet to reflect accurate expense totals for the period and to reconcile smoothly against the connected bank and credit-card feeds.
Deliverables
• A fully cleaned expense & purchase register in QuickBooks Online
• A brief summary of issues found and actions taken (PDF or Word)
If you work quickly and document your steps, there will be follow-on reconciliation work.
