Prospectus to go public on the CSE

I am looking for an experienced finance professional who can put together a prospectus for us to go public on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). The primary purpose of the document should be to meet the necessary regulatory requirements. It should include information on the risks associated with investing, but it should not contain any predictions or forecasts. We need an experienced individual who is well-versed in the language of business and financial reporting to put together an effective and comprehensive prospectus. We are looking for a prospectus that will be accepted by the CSE and will give us the best possible chance of success in our path to public listing.
