I have a project that needs additional budget planning. We have recently done a large reconciliation on a project budget, however, it is needed that we replan based on the change of scope from our Sponsor.
I would like to work with someone who can restructure the Budget Plan to fit the new scope and show case the cost impacts of the updated scope.
