Pro Forma Financial Modeling Project

A client of mine is looking to purchase an older building, and build out the second floor to be a restaurant and build out the third floor into residential apartments for rent.  There will be a period of 1 year to obtain a historical designation on the property to be eligible for tax credits.  The property is also in an opportunity zone, which will allow for additional tax credits if held for 10 years.  They are looking for 10 year pro forma financial statements with a couple of variable factors they would like plugged in.  They would also like it built out to produce targeted IRR and other return calculations as well.  All details will be provided if they decide to move forward.  There is a time crunch, so he is willing to pay to get the project completed quickly
