Personal Finance Planner and Advisor

I am seeking a Personal Financial Planning and advisor, and Consultant to support the development of a personal financial.
The goal is to create a clear, data-driven view of an individual’s financial health and simulate future financial scenarios such as retirement or budgeting plans.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design a dashboard model that visually represents an individual’s:
• Income vs. expenses
• Debt-to-income ratio
• Savings rate
• Subscription and loan obligations
• Financial health score (Capital Efficiency or Wellness Index)
2. Build financial simulation models for:
• Monthly and annual budgeting (based on salary and obligations)
• Early debt repayment strategies
• Retirement savings goals (with time horizon and inflation assumptions)
• Emergency fund recommendations
3. Develop formulas and logic to assess:
• Best financial position (based on user’s cash flow and liabilities)
• Alerts and recommendations (e.g., overspending, poor saving ratio)

All of the above should be in formula and linked in excel
