I am looking for an experienced financial modeling analyst to work on a pre-sold condominium commercial real estate project. The project requires cash flow analysis, ROI analysis and sensitivity analysis. The expected timeline for the completion of the financial modeling project is 1-2 weeks. We do not need any assistance with any other aspect of the commercial real estate project. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial modeling for commercial real estate projects and should be able to deliver accurate and timely results.
