Management of funded prop firm accounts

I have funded accounts from prop firms (For start a 10K). i don't need pass challenge service just trade on the funded accounts. my expectations:
1- Daily draw down less than 4%
2- overall draw down less than 8%
3- minimum 10% monthly profit (stable and consistent)
4- EA, News Trading & Overnight allowed
Profit split (30/70) 30% of my share (after prop deduction ) is for trader
